- **Role Overview**_
As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee and manage front-line blue-collar workers, typically managing hourly-paid employees. This position is primarily on-site. You will gain in-depth knowledge of injection molding processes and mold and assembly-related technologies, as well as use your prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy and strategy.
- **Main Responsibilities**_
1. Ensure a clean, safe, and injury-free work environment while maintaining production quality and ensuring on-time product delivery. Implement cost-saving measures and lean manufacturing methods through proper personnel training and 5S methodology in production lines.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing engineering, quality, and production planning to achieve production goals.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and cost reduction, tracking progress with clear metrics.
4. Lead and motivate a team consisting of leads, technicians, workers, temporary employees,



and mechanics to achieve daily, monthly, and yearly goals.
5. Guide and mentor your team to meet production targets, ensuring adherence to established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
6. Ensure full compliance to ISO requirements in all production processes.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by manager.
- **Qualifications & Experience**_
1. High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or 2-year Technical Degree preferred.
2. Over 5 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Experience in injection molding and mold industry or assembly industry is required.
4. Demonstrate excellent command of English in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
5. Great communication skills with all levels of employees and management.
