**The Opportunity**
A welcoming secondary school in Derby (DE21) is seeking an experienced **Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)** to join their supportive team. **Role Responsibilities**:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons in line with the curriculum.




- Providing targeted interventions for individuals and small groups.
- Supporting positive behaviour, focus, and engagement in lessons.
- Covering classes to ensure continuity of learning.
- Working collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and wider pastoral tea
**What We're Looking For**:
- Ideally, a HLTA qualification (or equivalent secondary experience).
- Confident supporting KS3/KS4 pupils.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Adaptable, resilient, and committed to pupil growth.
