**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Inside Sales Agent - Logistics Operations, you will be the key link between our clients and the logistics services we provide, especially in the U.S. market. Your main responsibilities will include:
- **Active Client Prospecting**: Identify and reach out to potential clients to offer our logistics services.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
- **Logistics Management**: Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and accurately.
- **Performance Metrics**: Work in a results-oriented manner, meeting the established metrics that contribute to the company’s growth and success.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: At least 1 year in logistics, customer service, or telesales.
- **Advanced English.**:

Proactive attitude and outstanding customer service skills. We are looking for someone who can build strong, long-term client relationships.
