**Functions**:
Support the Indirect Recruitment Department with the following activities:
- Job posting in different job boards.
- Conducting job references.
- Administration of psychometric tests via the system.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent English level (90%+)
- New graduate in a professional career such as Organizational Psychology, Administration, Business Management, or a similar field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Recruitment (desirable).
- Team player
