**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a proactive and communicative **Franchise Business Consultant** to support and manage franchise operations in Mexico. You’ll work closely with franchise partners to improve store performance, maintain brand standards, and support business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Visit and evaluate franchise stores; provide operational guidance and feedback.
- Support implementation of store improvement plans.
- Collect and analyze store and market data to identify opportunities.
- Assist in evaluating potential new store locations.
- Build strong relationships with franchise partners and ensure smooth communication.
- Be available for travel and adaptable working hours when required.
**Requirements**:




- **Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Spanish.**:
- Bachelor’s degree or above (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Experience or interest in retail, franchise management, or sales preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license (own vehicle is an advantage).
