**Responsibilities**:
**To coordinate the launch of new programs within the Division to ensure their effective implementation, meeting the time, quality, and cost requirements defined by clients and Magna Mirrors North America.**
**Main Responsibilities**
**- Provide technical leadership to coordinate the efforts of the multidisciplinary team, which includes personnel from sales, product engineering, quality, purchasing, and manufacturing, and ensure the efficient use of human resources.**
**- Negotiate and facilitate conflict resolution among stakeholders (Division, clients, suppliers, corporate office).**
**- Ensure the achievement of program objectives and deliverables, and establish a method for periodically monitoring progress (milestone reviews, launch readiness reviews).**
**- Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure their requirements are understood by the multidisciplinary team involved in the program launch.**
**- Manage the budget allocated for program launches and ensure that the cost objectives defined by the corporate office are met. - Participate in continuous improvement projects and implement improvement initiatives for products, processes, and programs.**
**Education and Experience**
**- Bachelor's degree in engineering.**




**- Master's degree in business administration (preferred).**
**- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions in the automotive industry.**
**- Advanced English**
**Required Competencies**
**- Solid understanding of APQP and PPAP processes.**
**- Project management skills.**
**- Technical knowledge of the division's products.**
**- General knowledge of materials such as metals, plastics, and electrical and electronic components.**
**- General knowledge of glass transformation processes, plastic injection molding, painting, and assembly.**
**- Knowledge of specific customer requirements (as applicable).**
**- Advanced knowledge of IATF 16949:2016.**
**- General knowledge of tooling.**
**- Proficiency in MS Project and MS Excel.**
