Spanish55 is hiring a New Student Advisor to join our Admissions Team. This is a 100 percent remote, work-from-home position. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students and play a key role in guiding them toward starting their Spanish learning journey. Your ability to listen, connect, and confidently lead conversations will directly impact your success.
You will be part of a growing, performance-oriented team that values professionalism, consistency, and results.
**What You’ll Do**
- Speak with prospective students as their first point of contact
- Confidently present and recommend our Spanish coaching programs
- Track conversations and progress using our CRM system
- Work toward clear enrollment and performance goals
**What We’re Looking For**
- Native-level Spanish speaker with native-level English fluency (required)
- Strong self-motivation and a results-focused mindset
- Clear,



confident communication skills, both spoken and written
- Comfortable persuading, handling objections, and asking for commitment
- Resilient and persistent, able to stay focused despite rejection
- Professional, friendly, and confident on phone and video calls
- Comfortable making outbound calls to introduce our services

**Schedule & Compensation**
- Monday to Friday: 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm Pacific / 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm Central (Mexico)
- Saturday: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Pacific / 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Central (Mexico)
- Compensation: Starts at MX$10,000 per month
