Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SCM Manufacturing Functional Consultant with 10-12 years of experience in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Manufacturing solutions across ERP platforms such as Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion SCM, SAP, or equivalent. The role involves partnering with business and technical teams to deliver end-to-end ERP solutions, drive process improvements, and support implementation through post-go-live.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.

Configure and optimize SCM and Manufacturing modules, including Inventory, BOM, WIP, Routing, Cost Management, Procurement, Order Management, Warehouse Management, and Planning.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on integrations and enhancements.

Participate in solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, go-live, and post-implementation support.

Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, user guides, and training materials.

Conduct user training, provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous process improvements.

Partner with stakeholders to standardize business processes and recommend best practices.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Manufacturing,



Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Warehouse Management, and Supply Planning.

Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion SCM, SAP SCM/PP/MM, or Microsoft Dynamics SCM.

Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Plan-to-Produce business processes.

Experience with ERP integrations, data migration, testing, and reporting; SQL/API knowledge is an advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.

MBA (Operations/Supply Chain) and Oracle/SAP SCM certifications are preferred.

Preferred Experience

10-12 years of relevant SCM and Manufacturing consulting experience.

Minimum of three end-to-end ERP implementations.

Experience in general manufacturing environments and ERP transformation programs.

Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
