**What awaits you**:
- Manage and track supplier performance to ensure the delivery of high-quality parts to Kautex.
- Carry out component APQP for components that are launched in the assigned programs including identification and escalation of potential roadblocks.
- Act as a partner for the assigned suppliers to improve supplier development and to foster close collaboration.
- Support the regional SBD leads and strategic buyers in assessing potential new suppliers.
- Manage quality complains in business CAQ and share supplier issues that could affect other plants & programs.
- Support and track supplier 8Ds through to completion (including verification of corrective actions
- Support and track supply base on site (regularly business trips)
**Qualifications**
**What you’ll need to succeed**:
- Working experience in quality management and supply quality assurance (1 year or internship)
- Experience in automotive industry (1 year or internship)
- Experience with OEM Q-systems and requirements
- Engineering background (can read drawing and understand specifications)
