Position Summary
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for communicating with prospective customers, responding to inquiries, following up on leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This role plays a critical part in creating a positive customer experience and generating showroom traffic.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contact prospective customers to schedule appointments
- Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up with customers
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
- Re-engage unsold customers and previous prospects
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
- Meet or exceed appointment-setting and performance goals




- Work closely with the sales team to maximize customer opportunities
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong phone presence and customer service skills
- Previous sales, call center, customer service, or appointment-setting experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace

Schedule
Full-time position with weekend availability required.
Sueldo: $40,700.00 - $55,000.00 al mes
