We are looking for a “Hunter” who thrives on the road, excels at building relationships across multiple levels of client organizations, and understands how to translate complex operational capabilities into client value. We are seeking a high-energy, self-directed Outside Sales Representative to spearhead our market expansion. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and closing new business across multiple new business verticals.

What You’ll Do
- New Business Development: Identify and aggressively pursue new B2B opportunities within target verticals (e.g., CPG, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Retail).
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire consultative process from initial prospecting and cold calling to on-site facility tours, proposal development, and final contract negotiation.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with internal Operations and Pricing teams to engineer scalable, profitable logistics solutions that solve specific customer pain points.
- Strategic Networking: Build and maintain a robust pipeline within our CRM, representing the brand at industry trade shows and networking events.
