PACIFICO AREA | ON SITE POSITION TIJUANA B.C. | MRO Buyer PositionWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate with experience in indirect purchasing and MRO environments. The idóneo candidate will have strong supplier management and negotiation skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, and a strong sense of urgency to support operational needs. A solid understanding of ERP systems, cost analysis, and cross-functional collaboration is key to success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Procurement of MRO & Indirect Materials
- Source and purchase maintenance, repair, and operational supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery) and drive improvement initiatives.
- RFQs & Negotiation
- Lead bidding processes, analyze quotes,



and negotiate pricing and service conditions.
- Purchase Orders & Expediting
- Manage requisitions and POs, follow up on deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
- Cost Optimization & Spend Analysis
- Identify savings opportunities, support sourcing strategies, and optimize indirect spend.

Qualifications
- B2 or higher level of English proficiency (spoken and written)
- ERP Systems (Epicor preferred)
- Cost Analysis & Spend Management
- RFQ / Sourcing Process Management
- Understanding of Indirect Procurement & MRO
- Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management
