WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHThe role reports directly to the CFO, LatAm. You will be partnering across the LatAm Finance team and working closely with cross-functional teams, including Nike Digital business, Merchandising, Demand and Supply Planning, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Controlling. You will also work directly with the PHK Finance team based in Beaverton, OR to ensure integration across plans.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a Finance Lead supporting Latin America (LatAm) Territory, based in Mexico City, Mexico. This role requires you to be highly motivated and a self-starter, have strong financial and commercial understanding, and be a strategic thought partner to respective business partners. You are expected to provide critical financial insights through the interpretation of financial results - including trends, risks, and opportunities to drive timely and actionable decisions. You will need to have a strong analytical and technical skill set, and an ability to transform multiple data sets into action through effective communication skills.



You should be comfortable a high‑paced environment, ambiguous situations, and interacting with senior leadership. This role provides a great opportunity to make a significant impact at Nike.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONAs part of the LatAm Finance team, you will partner with the finance team and cross‑functional teams to manage our Nike Digital business within Mexico that includes our owned platform, 3rd party platforms, and new business initiatives. You will manage financial forecasts, annual budgeting, periodic deliverables, long‑term growth plans, and ad‑hoc strategic projects. You will be working with cross‑functional teams to maintain robust risk and opportunity assessment. You will be a critical thought partner to our Nike Digital team, responsible for delivering sustainable, profitable growth. You will be expected to have a strong command of the financial implications of business decisions and think strategically
