To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Training Specialist (Debug) located in Guadalajara, North. Reporting to the Operations Training Manager, the Training Specialist will be in charge of developing and conducting training programs for employees within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Contributes to needs investigation studies to define training opportunities within an organization.
- Confers with management to gain knowledge of specific work situations requiring employees to better recognize changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.
- Formulates teaching outline and defines instructional methods such as unipersonal training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
- Selects or develops teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works.
- Identifies or develops testing and evaluation procedures to be used at completion of training.
- Conducts training sessions covering specified areas such as new employee orientation, on-the-job training, use of computers and software, apprenticeship programs, customer service, sales techniques, health and safety practices, public relations, refresher training, promotional development, upgrading and business development.
