We are looking to hire a Quality Engineer to join our team at Santa Rosa, Querétaro.

What you can look forward as Quality Engineer:
- Validate engineering changes and provide proper follow‑up
- Prepare the necessary documentation for the execution of engineering changes




- Review the Process Diagram / Review PFMEA and Control Plan together with manufacturing engineers
- Create and update the traveler sheet / Review work instruction sheets, standard work sheets, and model change documentation
- Review and revalidate MSA studiesGenerate and validate containment actions for new launches
- Create and validate visual aids / Review and validate initial studies (Cpk) / Lead 8D analysis
- Implement projects to reduce scrap

Your profile as Quality Engineer:
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
- English for email communication
- Core tools, problem‑solving analysis
- Basic experience with GD&T; and blueprint reading
