Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert advice and information about appliances and phone products to customers.
- Demonstrate product features, usage, and benefits to improve customer experience.
- Stay updated on product specifications, market trends, and competitors.
- Assist in visual merchandising and product display.
- Support the sales team in achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve product-related concerns.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for product availability and updates.

Qualifications

- Education: At least college level or Senior High School (SHS) graduate.
- Experience: Experience in retail (big or small) is a plus.

Skills

- Strong product knowledge in appliances and mobile phone products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Able to work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment.
