The Lead Talent Acquisition Administrator is accountable for ensuring the successful execution of department-level staffing goals through comprehensive process ownership and advanced problem-solving. This role functions with autonomy, providing expert guidance and training to less experienced team members. The Lead Specialist proactively identifies and resolves advanced, cross-functional recruitment issues, contributes significantly to process development and best practices, and is instrumental in optimizing the end-to-end talent acquisition workflow to meet organizational needs.
**JOB DUTIES**:
- Coordinates and oversees the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for direct labor roles.
- Ensures rigorous adherence to all company policies and employment laws, regularly reviewing processes and advising on compliance matters to mitigate risks at a departmental level.
- Collaborates across HR teams (e.g., HRIS, Total Rewards) to ensure seamless integration of recruitment efforts with broader HR initiatives and systems.
- Provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition processes focused on direct labor hiring.
- Coordinate and scheduled interviews in partnership with recruiters for nationwide open roles.
- Managed high-volume data entry for new hires, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.Maintained and updated Excel workbooks for data tracking, reporting, and onboarding processes.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- 3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Customer Care,
administrative roles, or related fields.
- 0-2+ years of relevant experience in full lifecycle Talent Acquisition (direct labor, onboarding), demonstrating comprehensive process ownership and accountability for departmental goals.
- Fluent English Communication skills.
- Excel proficiency.Experience contributing to the development or significant improvement of talent acquisition processes and standard operating procedures.
