The Delivery Coordinator will collaborate closely with the technical teams of the Digital Factory, the project leaders of the different domains, and the SEP Cybersecurity team, ensuring the success of digital projects commissioned by the Competence Centers of the IS department and the Data 4.0 organization of SEP.
- They will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of compliant, high-performance solutions, according to the approved schedule and meeting business requirements and SEP group standards.
**Job Requirements**:
- Technical Skills- Proven experience in IT project management in agile environments, with cross-functional team leadership
- Ability to define and document requirements through user stories, backlog, and estimates, preferably with Azure DevOps knowledge or similar tools
Personal Skills- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize information, with a strong client focus.
- Proactive and committed to continuous improvement; capable of challenging requirements and optimizing processes.
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams.
- Service-oriented, adaptable, and skilled at prioritizing tasks in complex, international environments.

- The Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Supporting Product Owners (functional managers of the Centers of Competences) on methodology and requirements quality
- Promoting the adoption of a homogeneous and robust methodology within the Digital Factory
- Managing a portfolio of projects assigned to the Digital Factory, including:
- Receiving and validating functional requirements defined by the project leaders of the Centers of Competences- Coordinating the scope definition team to identify the most suitable technical solution and prepare effort, cost, and time estimates- Ensuring coherence of requirements and their proper translation into complete user stories within Azure DevOps.
