Overview

Xerox, a leading information services and technology company that has redefined the workplace experience for more than 100 years, is currently seeking a Service Technician – High Production Printing Equipment to support the Greater Mexico City Metropolitan Area .

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of high‑production and multifunction printing equipment, delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high performance standards.

What You’ll Do

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installed printing equipment
- Analyze and diagnose technical issues to provide effective solutions
- Replace damaged parts and components
- Advise customers on the proper use of equipment
- Document repairs, service logs, and daily service reports





What You Need to Succeed

- Completed technical degree or Engineering (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience maintaining high‑production printing equipment
- Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, networking, and computing
- Technical English reading skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
