About The Job
The Laundry Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Laundry Department, ensuring the highest standards of quality,



efficiency, sustainability, and service excellence. This role ensures that all hotel linens, uniforms, guest laundry, and F&B; textiles are processed according to One&Only; Palmilla standards while maximizing operational efficiency, controlling costs, and supporting the property’s environmental commitments.

The Laundry Supervisor leads and develops the team, ensures equipment functionality, oversees chemical and inventory controls, and promotes sustainable practices aligned with EarthCheck certification requirements. Through effective planning, quality control, and collaboration with other departments, this position contributes to delivering an exceptional luxury experience for both guests and colleagues.
