Job Description
- Understanding the market and the company’s KPIs to analyze and propose action plans, reviewed with the manager, to promote brand growth.
- Adapting marketing initiatives to target audiences effectively.
- Monthly tracking, analysis, and preparation of presentations and reports, including Nielsen and media analytics.
- Coordinating, monitoring, and tracking project timelines with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring all administrative requirements are met.
- Supporting the development of new products or channels through collaboration on catalog strategies and e-catalogues.
- Maintaining communication with the general team, suppliers, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful launches and achievement of KPIs.
- Managing arts development and key visuals, including packaging, promotions, and mock-ups.
- Creating and managing social media content, proposing new creative ideas, media strategies, or other initiatives to drive brand growth with internal teams and external vendors.
- Participating in any projects related to the business.





Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, business administration, or related fields.
- Previous marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Experience in launching new products to market.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Nielsen analytics.
- Fluent or advanced English proficiency.
