What You Will Do

- Own the technical direction and execution of full-stack data products and pipelines.
- Guide engineers and developers in applying best practices across ELT, pipeline orchestration, semantic modeling, and cloud optimization.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and accountability in data delivery.
- Oversee data product delivery, ensuring quality, traceability, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Define and enforce standards for data quality, lineage, validation, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with data infrastructure and architecture teams to develop and follow company standards and best practices.
- Partner with Product Owners to align user stories and backlog items with technical capacity and architecture principles.
- Work with integral and regional teams to scale platform capabilities and innovate in data delivery.
- Coordinate with Cloud and Security teams to ensure compliance and efficiency in cloud and infrastructure design.

What We Are Looking For





- Strong experience in cloud-native architecture, preferably GCP.
- Deep understanding of data platforms, APIs, and scaling.
- Proficiency in data pipeline orchestration frameworks.
- Knowledge of data governance, quality control, testing, monitoring, and CI/CD in data environments.
- Experience leading large tech teams across regions and functions, such as data engineers, architects, and BI developers.
- Proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale data products.
- Business-oriented with a hands-on technical background.
- Excellent communication, influence, and team development skills.
- Strategic vision with the ability to lead through complexity.
- Organizational influence and negotiation skills.
- Business-centric thinking combined with technical depth.
