Your mission, roles and responsibilities

- Set targets, implement improvement plans, and track results to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead the team in problem‑solving initiatives and facilitate workshops for quality improvement.
- Handle personnel issues, ensuring proper team management and fostering individual development.
- Maintain compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and intervene to mitigate risks.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

- Associate's degree in engineering or Diploma with a specialization in Production.
- 1–3 years of production experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.




- Operational level of English.
