Position: Logistics Customer Service Supervisor | Supply Chain Customer Service Lead

Salary: 30,000 to Php 35,000 (Fixed Dayshift)

Who is qualified?

- Bachelors Degree holder of any course , open to undergraduate with experience in the same field of job
- With experience in supervising staff for at least 1 year

What are the duties of the job?

- Train and oversee team members
- Guide customer on how to place an order
- Answer inquiries about logistics rate, timeline and shipping
- Answer customers via email, Chat and phone calls
- Use Tagalog and English based on Customer preferences
- Update customers regarding their ongoing orders
- Provide information of the requirements when using the service
- Double check if customer requirements are compliant with PEZA
