Role Purpose

Support the development of custom applications in Windchill Navigate for use in production lines and general office environments, with the objective of creating a more user-friendly graphical interface. The intern will also assist with Windchill-related support activities and gain hands‑on experience in application development, testing, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development of custom applications in Windchill Navigate.
- Assist in application design, testing, and implementation activities.
- Help resolve Windchill‑related issues, including procedure issues and ECN issues.
- Support library cleanup and maintenance activities within Windchill.
- Provide support to end users by helping troubleshoot issues and responding to questions.
- Collaborate with the team on development process activities and system improvements.
- Assist in documenting changes, support activities,



and project progress.

Required Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering Systems or IT.
- Basic knowledge of programming, SQL, and systems analysis.
- Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Interest in application development and end‑user support.
- Ability to identify root causes of issues in a structured way.

Desired Skills

- Interest in PTC Navigate and custom application development.
- Analytical mindset and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to support design, testing, and implementation activities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn system processes.
