Activities / Responsibilities




- Ensure alignment with Regional Strategy and provide support in the use of lean six sigma tools in compliance with the Roadmap Milestones.
- Provide training on the lean six sigma tools for the assigned project.
- Perform analysis on KPI (metrics) to find new kaizen opportunities.
- Coach the VS/BU team during the kaizen events.
- Facilitate the physical implementation of the new processes that came from the kaizen events and review the impact on the metrics.
- Work with the value stream team and follow up the lean strategy.
- Reinforce lean six sigma thinking during team sessions.
- Attend meetings with the lean office to assure compliance and share experiences.
- Coordinate the training in his assigned VS/BU/Supply Chain and assure execution.
- Review and assure the people are embracing new lean six sigma methods by auditing on Gemba.
- Facilitate kaizen events.
- Review with the VS team the KPIs (metrics) in three levels before and after the kaizen (results, processes and systems).
