Lead Responsibilities
- Create a clean, well‑organized work environment that reduces accidents and safety risks for team members.
- Design, quote, purchase, validate and install processes, tools, fixtures, equipment and machines to achieve high quality standards and process efficiency.
- Ensure that equipment and tools maximize the VA/NVA ratio while considering workers’ reality and using top‑of‑the‑line technologies when needed.
- Work closely with product engineers to ensure product characteristics can be manufactured as specified.
- Deliver assigned project activities on time by collaborating with the NPD/NPI team, identifying and reporting roadblocks before mass production.
- Actively participate in developing and maintaining FMEAs to ensure counter‑measures are documented in the engine assembly lines.
- Promote a continuous improvement culture using lean manufacturing principles and the BRPMS tools.
- Lead, develop and coach teammates to optimize safety, quality,
productivity and cost in a fast‑paced environment.
- Manage the budget by evaluating multiple options to deliver a quality product at the best price and delivery time.
- Maintain a safe working environment and hold full accountability for safety related topics.
- Enforce the Quality BRP policy.

- Familiar with the use of continuous improvement tools (e.g.: PDCA/DMAIC)
- Draws and tolerances interpretation
- Automated systems (control, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electric)
Education
Bachelors
Experience
3 Years in a similar role.
Language
- Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
- English advanced (Min. 80%) written specially.
- French or German is an advantage.
