Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle implementations of Manhattan Active WMS across multiple distribution centers.




- Design, configure, and optimize warehouse processes including Receiving, Putaway, Cross Dock, Pick, Pack, and Ship workflows.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements, define system design, and ensure alignment with operational goals.
- Analyze existing supply chain processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, business rules, and system design artifacts.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure successful project execution.
- Support and lead testing strategies, including validation of functional changes and system enhancements.
- Act as a key consultant between business and technical teams, providing insights and recommendations on WMS strategy and execution.
