Objective
Our Maintenance team will play a key role in supporting strategic maintenance operations and engineering projects within Nemak García. By ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production systems, the team contributes directly to the success of our automotive manufacturing processes. Team members will collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.

Position Requirements




- Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
- Career: Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Experience in automotive maintenance is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in Operations / Maintenance; Maintenance Planning & Control
- At least 2 years of experience in Automotive Industry, Aluminum Handling and Manufacturing Industry
- Skills: Leadership, Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills, Communication, Teamwork.
