Requirements & Responsibilities

- More than 3 years of advanced UI/UX design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
- Lead visual design and strategy with advanced skills.




- Define user flows and improve interactions using strong interaction design abilities.
- Create user personas from research and build user journey maps.
- Set usability requirements with tech teams, applying advanced usability testing and information architecture skills.
- Develop and manage the UI style guide or design system.
- Mobile design experience.
- Skilled in design and prototyping.
- Experience with multiplatform and responsive design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe, or similar design tools.
- Strong storytelling skills, both visually and verbally.
- Ability to work independently with clients.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Lead UX workshops to align stakeholders and encourage ideas.
- In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong knowledge of accessibility.
