Business Systems Analyst 3

Experience Requirements

- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in IT operations, specifically supporting Networks, Traceability systems (such as 42Q), and ERP environments
- Industry Background: Previous exposure to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Logistics environments
- Project Exposure: Experience supporting system deployments, B2B data exchanges, and cross-departmental IT troubleshooting.

Knowledge

- 42Q Tools & MES Platforms
- DOF Processes & Configurations
- B2B Transactions (EDI & API)
- Productivity Suites (MS Office & Google Workspace)
- IT Networkterms, network diagrams
- Supply Chain & Warehouse Processes
- Languages: English B1-B2 (Intermediate-Upper Intermediate, capable of technical communication)

- Accountability & Reliability: High sense of responsibility to manage critical operational systems with minimal supervision.
- Continuous Improvement: Strong desire to learn, highly self‑taught, and adaptable to new technological trends.
