General Responsibilities




Provide technical service to customers in dairy and beef markets for Mexico. Provide technical expertise for production, product introduction and product research activities. Support sales of Novus specialty products through COWS to promote sales growth and profit optimization. Provide internal training for territory sales managers equipping them with tools and knowledge to understand and sell all products, with emphasis on core solutions platform. Serve to blend research and technical message through frequent interaction with corporate R&D; personnel.
- Leverage and merchandise technical programs at key accounts to maximize commercial value for the customer and Novus.
- Build the Novus COWS Program into a recognized program that positions NOVUS as the leader in cow comfort.
- Act as the key link between sales and R&D; to successfully implement and validate our products in field at the customer level.
