Job Description

We are recruiting a detail orientated problem solver to supply data analysis, coding, and technical support for Turner & Townsend's Real Estate commissions. The right candidate must be able to review, compile, interpret, visualize, and present data sets and supply analytical visualizations used to message program performance and progress, ideally in a construction or real estate environment.

The adecuado candidate will be curious, love challenges, and give ideas and input on how to further develop our analysis and modelling capabilities and bring out the best in teammates. They must have a thorough understanding of VBA, SQL, relational databases, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).

Qualifications

- 2-4 years of post-graduate data administration experience or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience within the real estate and construction management field is desirable.




- Experience working and analyzing large complex data sets.
- VBA and SQL coding experience is preferred.
- Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong data visualization skills, preferably using Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to adapt to challenges and proactively drive improvement.
- Adaptable and able to work in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate data information to clients and internal management is mandatory.
- Self-starter attitude with results-oriented focus.
- Fluent English.
