Responsibilities :

- SupportandenableCitizenDevelopers,especiallyin:
- CopilotStudio(AIagents/copilots/conversationalsolutions)
- PowerPlatform(PowerApps,PowerAutomate)
- Actascoachandmentorforthecommunity,promotingbestpractices,reusableassets,andscalablesolutions.
- Ensurequalitythrough:
- Definedqualitygates
- Supporttroubleshootingandproblemresolutionacrossplatformandarchitecturelayers.
- Proactivelyidentifyopportunitiestoimproveservicesandaccelerateadoption.

Requirements and qualifications

Required

- WillingtoassisttotheofficeinZapopan,Jalisco.Atleast3timesperweek.
- Minimum2+yearsofprovenexperiencewithMicrosofttechnologies,including:
- CopilotStudio/conversationalAIsolutions
- PowerPlatform(PowerApps,PowerAutomate)




- MicrosoftCertifications(e.g.,PowerPlatformDeveloperAssociate)
- Hands-onexperiencedesigningandimplementingAIagents/copilots/automationsolutions.
- KnowledgeoftheMicrosoftecosystem:
- FamiliaritywithAIconceptsandpromptingtechniques(GenAI,LLM-basedsolutions).
- Experiencewithintegrationscenarios(APIs,connectors,dataplatforms).
- StrongcommunicationskillsinEnglish(writtenandspoken).
- CollaborativemindsetwiththeabilitytoworkacrossbusinessandITteams.
- Theassignmentisfor6months,withahighprobabilityofextension
- Theassignmentisinitiallyplannedfor6months,withastronglikelihoodofextension
