Sourcing and Procurement Leader

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sourcing and Procurement Leader to join our team. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives to optimize costs, improve supplier relationships, and drive operational efficiencies within our maquiladora operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement leadership roles within the maquiladora or manufacturing industry.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers.
- Foreign trade for the procurement function
- Traffic management for procurement function




- Proficiency in procurement software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies aligned with company goals to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers that meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers to achieve cost savings and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement process, including supplier performance management, contract management, and procurement policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate sourcing and procurement activities with overall business operations.
