Role Summary
This role is part of the Strategic Projects Team, responsible for identifying and leading high‑impact strategic projects that align with business objectives, market trends, and technological developments. The position works cross‑functionally to evaluate risks and opportunities related to product performance, mechanical integrity, and regulatory compliance. The engineer ensures that solutions meet or exceed applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., ASHRAE, CTI, UL, AHRI, ASME, IBC) as well as internal standards.

The role collaborates closely with sales engineers to support technically complex bids and customer engagements.



It translates customer requirements and market needs into clear, actionable engineering deliverables and project scopes. The position acts as a liaison between commercial and technical teams to ensure accurate interpretation of specifications related to thermal performance, airflow, pressure drop, materials, ancillary components, construction methodologies, and regulatory compliance.

The engineer coordinates with R&D;, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to product safety, energy efficiency standards, and environmental regulations. In addition, the role helps define project timelines (in collaboration with project management), resource requirements, and milestones, and manages execution to ensure on‑time delivery. The position provides clear and regular communication to senior leadership on project status, key risks, and strategic value.
