Senior Analyst, Investor Relations & Reporting

StepStone Group is looking for a Senior Analyst to join their Investor Relations & Reporting team in Mexico City. This role involves preparing investor reports, managing communications, and supporting operations for private market vehicles. The idóneo candidate will be detail-oriented, fluent in Spanish, and have a solid understanding of investment markets.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare investor reports and cash flow notices
- Support communication efforts with various stakeholders
- Manage operations of trust vehicles
- Monitor investment activity and performance
- Assist with client inquiries and deliverables
- Translate financial documents between English and Spanish
- Coordinate compliance approvals for reports

What You Need

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business preferred
- Two or more years of experience in financial services




- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with the Mexican financial services industry
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
