As an HR Partner – ICP Plant in Piedras Negras, Coah, you will be responsible for partnering closely with plant leadership and employees to drive people strategies that support business objectives, employee engagement, talent development, and operational excellence within the ICP Plant in Piedras Negras.



Your role will focus on delivering strategic and hands-on HR support across employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and HR operations while ensuring alignment with Littelfuse values and compliance standards.

About the Job:
- Partner with plant leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and operational priorities.
- Lead and support initiatives related to talent development, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and coaching to leaders and employees on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and performance concerns.
