About the role:
As an Digital, Instructional Designer (Sr.), Digital Dexterity you will:
- Player-coach delivery: Produce high-quality, discovery-based learning (Bloom modules, facilitator guides, micro-learning, assessments, labs). Expect to spend significant time creating content alongside mentoring the team.
- Curriculum ownership & roadmap execution: Translate strategy into a prioritized Digital Dexterity content roadmap; own the delivery cadence, versioning and lifecycle for the curriculum and toolkits.
