- Internal Communications Ownership: Plan, write, and produce a regular employee newsletter that people actually look forward to. Own the full editorial process, from calendar to sourcing to writing to editing, and treat every edition as proof that something remarkable is happening on this team. Newsletter ownership is a must; this is the heartbeat of the role.
