The role involves supporting the annual strategic planning process, coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking key performance indicators, developing business cases and financial models, and presenting insights to senior leadership. The position will also monitor market trends, competitive intelligence, and support M&A; processes and leadership initiatives across the organization.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
- Proven track record in a top-tier Consulting organization, Investment Banking or Private Equity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen, coupled with the ability to see the bigger picture while paying attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at various levels.
