THE ROLE

As Indie Campers General Manager responsible for overseeing all North American revenue operations to drive performance in terms of gross margin, nights traveled, and cost of sales (COS)



as a percentage of revenue. Your role will involve strategic planning, team leadership, and operational management to achieve regional growth and profitability targets. You will be the key driver of regional success, ensuring that all aspects of the business are aligned with the company's goals and standards.

You will be joining our Revenue team in our Regional Office, reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and working closely with the your regional and the HQ team.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement regional strategies to drive performance, focusing on gross margin, nights traveled, and COS as a percentage of revenue.
