Job Description
Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors through research, networking, and market intelligence to meet procurement requirements.

Assess supplier capabilities, quality standards, reliability, and pricing models to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable agreements and cost efficiencies.

Monitor supplier performance, proactively addressing discrepancies, risks, or service issues to maintain consistent delivery.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing needs, requirements, and timelines for effective procurement planning.
