Activities:
- Deliver TPM and Professional Maintenance training to production and maintenance personnel.
- Monitor and report equipment performance indicators.
- Execute TPM activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation and maintenance records.
- Support corrective and preventive maintenance actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing or Maintenance within the metal-mechanical industry.
- Strong knowledge of TPM, Professional Maintenance, Lean Manufacturing, and Quality Tools.
- Availability to travel between plants as required.
