About the Role

Innodata is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of an egocentric video data collection pilot across Latin America on behalf of a leading physical AI and robotics client. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of contributor operations, quality management, and client communication. You will be the primary point of contact for LatAm contributor channels, responsible for ensuring data collection runs smoothly, quality standards are met, and feedback is acted on quickly.

What You'll Do

Delivery & Operations

- Support day-to-day execution of the LatAm data collection program, ensuring contributor pipelines are active, onboarding is running smoothly, and weekly hour targets are on track
- Coordinate across multiple recruiting channels including vendor pools, internal networks, and community groups across LatAm markets
- Monitor contributor-level metrics including acceptance rates, fraud rates, and submission volume, flagging issues proactively before they impact delivery
- Relay daily QA feedback from the client to contributors within 24 hours and track improvement over time
- Manage head strap logistics — coordinating shipments and reimbursements across LatAm regions
- Maintain accurate contributor records including signed agreements, eligibility status, device verification, and payment tracking

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure all contributors have completed the recruiting screener, signed the contributor agreement, and meet device and age eligibility requirements before being onboarded

- Monitor footage acceptance rates and work with contributors to address common rejection reasons
- Flag any fraud patterns or quality concerns to the internal team promptly
- Ensure all data collection activities comply with the project's data collection policies and contributor agreement requirements

Client & Stakeholder Communication

- Participate in weekly syncs and provide clear, accurate updates on LatAm contributor pipeline health, acceptance rates, and open issues
- Prepare concise status reports and escalate blockers with proposed solutions
- Represent Innodata professionally in any client-facing interactions, maintaining a high standard of communication at all times
- Serve as a reliable liaison between the client, Innodata's internal team, and LatAm vendor partners

What We're Looking For

Required

- 2–4 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or operations — ideally in a data collection, research, or tech-adjacent environment
- Familiarity with AI data collection workflows, crowdsourcing platforms, or contributor management programs

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously under tight timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments where processes are still being built
- Based in Latin America with working knowledge of LatAm markets, time zones, and cultural context
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Notion, or similar

Preferred

- Experience working with gig workers, freelancers, or distributed contributor pools
- Familiarity with QA processes and quality rubrics in a data or content production context
- Prior exposure to client-facing roles or agency environments
- Knowledge of egocentric video, computer vision datasets, or physical AI data collection is a strong plus
- Scrum or Agile certification (PSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent)

What Success Looks Like

In the first 30 days you will have fully onboarded onto the project, understand the contributor pipeline across all LatAm channels, and be independently managing daily QA feedback relay. By 60 days you will have stabilized contributor acceptance rates across your channels and be confidently representing LatAm operations in client syncs. By 90 days you will be proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks, driving continuous improvement in contributor quality, and contributing to the expansion of the LatAm contributor base.

Compensation
Competitive, commensurate with experience. Details shared during the interview process.
