Your Challenge:

As a Customer Service representative, you will be our clients' hero—resolving doubts and providing exceptional, proactive support. You won't just answer calls; you will create solutions!

What do we need from you?

- B2 English Level or higher
- Must live in Puebla or the Metropolitan Area (Ability to commute to Lomas de Angelópolis in Fratta center).
- Mindset: A genuine passion for helping people and problem-solving.
- Experience: Previous BPO / Call Center experience is a big plus, but if you have the right attitude and language skills, we’ll train you!
