**EVID Building Solutions, established in ****, is a leader in building maintenance and construction.Our team offers comprehensive services, including maintenance, construction, janitorial, and landscaping.Join us in our journey of growth and excellence!****If you are passionate about customer service, business development, sales and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!**As a Bilingual Estimator at EVID Building Solutions, some of the activities include:- **Create detailed cost estimates covering materials, labor, and equipment.**:- **Conduct site assessments to support accurate projections.**:- **Review and adjust proposals based on client feedback or scope changes.**:- **Monitor proposal budgets and resource needs.**:- **Manage onboarding, transitions, and terminations of vendors.**:- **Negotiate, coordinate and manage projects with service providers,



ensuring their requests and needs are met.**:- **Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.**:**Requirements**:- **Advanced English proficiency.**:- **Must reside in Mexico.**:- **1 year experience in providing customer service either via phone or in person and administrative tasks for US clients or Service providers**:- **Experience in construction or related fields (preferred US based companies)**:- **Proven experience in Project Management and Estimation (preferred US based companies)**:- **Desirable: Ability to read and interpret blueprints.**:- **Excellent telephone manners and listening skills.**:- **The ability to relate to customers in a professional and courteous manner.**:- **The ability to work in a team environment.**:- **Detail oriented.**:- **Laptop/PC with at least 8gb of RAM, Intel Core i3 or AMD Ryzen 3 (or equivalent), 256 gb available storage.**:- **20 Mbps Internet speed**We offer a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (with a one-hour lunch break) in CST Mexico time, fully remote work from anywhere in Mexico, a bi-weekly salary of $400 USD (possible $450 increase after two months), long-term contract, two weeks of paid time off, and a Christmas bonus.Pay: From $13,****** per month**Experience**:- Project Manager: 1 year (preferred)- Estimator: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Advanced English (preferred)Work Location: Remote
