5 years of experience on HR function or Hr Generalist.
**Position Purpose**:
Works closely with business leaders and managers to align HR initiatives with the organization ́s objectives.Executes the effective end-to-end delivery of the HR function for given customer/business group through adaptable and pragmatic solutions in support of the business plan.
- Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Provide HR guidance on a wide range of matters including, but not limited to, Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Performance Management, Administrative and Personnel Services support.
- Drive initiatives that support the overall success and effectiveness of the business while fostering positive work culture.
Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:
- Strong communications skills (English & Spanish).
- Effectively managing multiple priorities and confidential matters may be required.
