About the Company:A Tier 2 automotive manufacturing company located near the Querétaro Airport area is seeking a **Senior Cost Accountant / Jr. Controller** to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze manufacturing costs, raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventories.
- Control and analyze standard vs. actual costs.
- Manage budget control, keeping track of Budget and Forecast.
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Analyze variances, profitability, and cost improvement projects.
- Oversee the accounting department (accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and tax).
- Provide financial support to production, engineering, and purchasing departments.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in costing or financial control within the manufacturing sector.




- Solid knowledge of inventory analysis, costing, and general accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience using ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
