About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Property team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new tenants for our logistics properties, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.



This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income for our logistics properties

Identify potential tenants through market research, networking, and cold calling

Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase our facilities

Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants

Prepare and present lease proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents

Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Collaborate with internal teams, including property management, marketing, and legal, to ensure seamless operations

Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform leasing strategies

Prepare regular reports on leasing performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial leasing, preferably in the logistics real estate sector

Proven track record of successful lease negotiations and tenant acquisition

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
